Approximately 60% of the residents’ schedule will be treating patients in the Center for Dental Health in all phases of general dentistry
22% of the residents’ schedule will be in hospital rotations outside of the Center for Dental Health
Approximately 18% of residents’ schedule will be dedicated to:
academic programs
lectures
case presentations
literature reviews
seminars
Dental equipment for resident use includes, but is not limited to, digital x-rays, intra oral cameras, digital photography, laser diagnostic caries detection, rotary endodontic instruments and digital patient records (paperless office) with two computer monitors in each operatory. By having access to the latest dental technology, the residents will have the opportunity to use and understand how dental practice can be enhanced and expanded.
